Homework Assignment Completed

Hey Blues Fans!,
In yesterday’s blues homework assignment, I asked you to combine two licks to come up with a nice blues intro in A. This video shows the results I was looking for. DO NOT WATCH THIS VIDEO until you have attempted the assignment first. I challenge you to challenge yourself. Once you think you have it down, then watch the video to see how close you were. I hope you got something out of this exercise. I welcome your comments.

    woohoooooooooooo i got it right (lol). Tho wasnt too hard. I’m not totally convinced it fits (larry carlton lick) any better than the original ending. But sure is a lot easier. I do like that larry carlton lick (its a “keeper” – as my american friends say). Thanks again.

    You’re right – it’s not any better than the original, but it’s a good example of how you can mix and match licks to come up with some new stuff, just like Garanimals :)
