The Blues Shuffle – The Easy Way
Hey Blues Fans!
Here’s a little trick to make playing that blues shuffle a little bit easier, especially for beginners or those who don’t have the finger stretch. This technique can be used anywhere on the neck, but it is especially useful when you’re playing the shuffle in the key of F, F#, or G. Watch the video and you’ll see what I mean. I hope this makes your life a little bit easier.

There’s an even easier way – play the D# on the 4th string 1st fret. Now you don’t have to stretch at all!
I have watched 2 vids so far and have gained really valuable info from both…
gr8 lil tips….though it feels like I’m somehow cheating…..lol.
Excellent tip! Makes that little pattern so much easier and useful. I’ve watched many guys get that walking shuffle without playing the 2nd string 7th and could not figure out what they were doing. Now I get it! Thanks.
